A virtual support group for neurodivergent teens aged 12-18 years

Neuroteens was created to provide teens a safe space to meet, support each other, learn to better understand themselves and others like them, and to discuss a range of topics for successful life skills.

“Neurodivergent” describes a variety of people whose brains process things differently. It includes people with autism, ADHD, OCD, learning disabilities, and more.

Teens do not need to have a formal diagnosis to be part of the group.

NeuroTeens holds quarterly groups, each group meets weekly for 6 sessions via zoom on Mondays from 4:30-6pm Pacific Time.
